We believe that God is a missional or a sending God. Missio Dei (the “God of Mission”) is one of the ways we refer to God. We believe that God is moving or in the move in our world and we have the opportunity to join him in his work. The people of God (aka the church) is who God sends into our neighbourhoods, city, nations and world to participate with him. It is in community together that we reflect who God is and can share our many gifts with each other.

We suggest there are two ways to participate with Southside: CONNECTED TO or COVENANT WITH. Those terms will become more familiar as you get to know us.
